Rector of the International University of Fundamental studies (IUFS) , President of the International Higher Academic Council (IHAC) Santhi Jayasekera made a trip to South Korea (Seoul) May 22-June 1, 2018.

 Aafter appropriate negotiations, a contract was signed between IUFS , Moscow, Russia & IHAC (St. Petersburg), on the one hand, and Shenhan University (Seoul), on the other hand, about the diverse and  cooperation between Russia and South Korea: exchange of specialists of different levels (professors, teachers, students), joint research and practical knowledge in the field of culture, education and medicine.

 It is planned to create an International center for Spiritual Therapy (ICDT) in St. Petersburg.
