  International Academy of Sciences Ararat Paris and Tarptautinis Fundamentalių Studijų Universitetas, Lithuania, International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS) of Russia with International Higher Academic Council, of Russia (IHAC), is gladly organizing the WORLD CONGRESS OF FUNDAMENTAL SCIENCE, ART AND PEACE” The including “XIth World Scientific Congress, which is  to be held from the  18-20 of December 2019 in  Paris in France. 

   Distinguished about 250 delegates from over 72 countries are due to participate  presenting their dissertation reports along with their new technological inventions and the role of Science in future design, whilst others diplomats include Ambassadors, High Commissioners, Intellectuals, Scientists and professors from high ranking Universities. 

The Ex-President of UNESCO, Academicians and Professors from Universities representing Spain, Russia, USA, UK, Germany, France Italy, Poland, Korea, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Iran, UAE, Finland, India and many more, will also be participating and representing Sri Lanka are Cabinet Ministers along with Scientists and VIPs.

 The congress is themed under, “SCIENC FOR PEACE, SPORT FOR PEACE, ECOLOGY FOR PEACE, SCIENTIFIC FOR PEACE”.

It is highly significant to have new ideas stimulating the development of science. All the work of the Congress is penetrated by the idea of the material and spiritual interaction of the science and arts development.  Such interaction is beneficial and necessary for the education, development and improvement of science and cinema arts. It really makes them practically important and vitally significant for the humanity, every living creature, for the fostering of mutual understanding and spiritual enrichment between the people in the whole world, and in this way, strengthens the peace in the modern world.  

The objective of the congress is to find solutions for the social expectations arisen due to rapid advances in Science and Technology as well as implementation research in the scientific study of methods to promote the systematic uptake of research findings and other evidence-based practices into routine practice, and, hence, to improve the quality and effectiveness of health services and care.

  World Top ranking Universities such as Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, Perth, Seul, including other prominent Universities and Academies are expected to be present to highlight this occasion.

 Furthermore, being a world renowned scientist, possessing invaluable medals and awards, Prof. Santhi  Jayasekera is due to address the gathering on the topic, “Interdisciplinary Approach of Environmental Research and Art and Culture”.  He Chairmens should be responsible each one by one specialization. Agop Kerkiacharian, Federico Mayor, Jesus Pintor, Francosco Sánchez Madrid, Antonio Ramón Martínez, others of the multiple Sessions.

We also hereby invite the scientists and researchers interested in this program to participate in this scientific opportunity, submit the respective dissertations and also introduce new innovations and suggestions, thereby joining hands with us for each successful session, and a possible final book of the Congress. May be in three volumes: Art, Science and Peace.  

A cultural show focused on classic, and Folk Music and dance is due to be staged on the 3 & 4 October 2019, with the participation of many famous International artists to light up the event. The participants are due to be awarded an invaluable internationally recognized certificate appreciating their talents, by the Rector of IUFS University, Prof. Santhi Jayasekera.

 Other provisional proposals.At this juncture, we take opportunity to invite one of your representatives from your esteemed University/ Organization to be a part of this Historic event which is due to take a turning point in the field of education. 

Moreover, under the leadership of Prof. J.S.K Jayasekara, Vice-President of IHAC, many scientists, doctors representing various fields  and other high calibre personalities representing the parliament of Sri Lanka are due to grace the occasion. 

A) The duly filled forms should be signed and submitted along with other relevant registration documents electronically via e-mail.

B) When submitting your registration documents, please ensure that you arrange them in the following order for submission:

·             A Clear Passport  copy  

·             Filled Registration Form

·             Hotel Reservation.

Letter of Invitation and  Visa: 

If you require a visa, we advise you to obtain and submit an official Letter of Invitation from the congress organizers to help facilitate the visa process. Please note that Letters of Invitation are only issued to registered and paid/approved delegates. 

Some embassies may need to verify that registration fees have been paid in full and may require applicants to appear in person for an interview, causing delays in the application process. Applicants affected by these procedures are informed that additional screening is needed. Therefore, attendees should apply for a visa no later than 45 days prior to the congress. 

Participants’ visas will be procured through the French Embassies visa application centers worldwide. Priority visa issuance authorization letter will be given to the confirmed participants and their entry visas will be issued within seven (5) working days.
